She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph J. Macko; her son James M. Macko; her siblings, Rita Balchikonis, Betty Tokos, Bertha Tokos and Henry G. Tokos; and her parents, Amelia Tokos and Henry J Tokos.
She is survived by: her son Gary; her daughter-in-law Lorraine Macko; her son David Macko; her daughter-in-law Nancy Kaminski (Paul); her grandsons, Jason (Chelsea), Jonathan (Amber), Cameron, Graham and Morgan; her great grandchildren, James, Daphne and Carmen; her sister Lottie Olszewski; and her sister-in-law Joyce Tokos. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
