She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Elander and Bernice Elander; her brother Richard Elander; her former husband Andrew Bobal; and her brother-in-law Jay Decatur.
She is survived by: her husband Charles Foote; her children, Natalie Bobal, James Bobal (Shari) and Christine Roney (Ken); her grandchildren, Matthew, Alexis, Nathan, Kyle Bobal, Scott (Julia), Erika and Keith Roney; her sister Marie Ellen Decatur; her sister-in-law Arlene Elander; and her friend Noble. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, or the local Humane Society at 167 Conklin Ave. Binghamton.
