He was predeceased by: his mother Deborah Whitney Moore. He is survived by: his children, Alexis Firestein, Lucas Butler and Taylor Butler; his sisters, Heather Harrower (John) and Frances McEwen; and his father Kenneth Ball. He is also survived by six nephews and one niece.
His contributions to the online communities he was a part of will deeply be missed.
