She was predeceased by: her parents, Abrahm B. Swartz and Margaret M. Swartz (Wendt); and her sister Shirley Bullock (Swartz). She is survived by: her children, Kathy L. Balog (Tom), Mary Beth Elston, Michael R. Elston (Cheryl) and Ellen L. Eckler (Rick); her nephew Gary Bullock; and her pet Hunter. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, nineteen great grandchildren, ten great great grandchildren.
