She was predeceased by: her father John Nezelek. She is survived by: her mother Joan Nezelek (Gulbin); her siblings, Mary Jo, Dominic Feroleto, Barb Nezelek, Jodi and Steve Huebner; and her nieces and nephews, Lauren, Caitlin Feroleto, Sarah, Johnny, Jimmy Nezelek, Kelsey and Allyson Huebner. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
