She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen Welch and Anna Welch; her husband Michael S. Zapotocky; and her son Steven M. Zapotocky. She is survived by: her children, Mark A. Zapotocky (Debbie) of Endicott, Thomas J. Zapotocky of Virginia and Laurie Kinney (Curt) of Sweden; her granddaughters, Pearlanna Zapotocky, Sophia Kinney and Kaitlyn Kinney; and her sister Jeanine Meagher-Hackett. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
