She was loved and cherished by many people including : her mother Cora Jane Hitchcock; her grandparents, Anna and John Hitchcock; her husband Joseph Mahoney; her children, Richard B. Virgil (Susan), Nancy Virgil-Call (Harry), Joyce Virgil (Mark Morgan) and Anthony Virgil; her sisters, Norma Jean Galusha and Millie Ordway; her grandsons, Daniel, Mathew Virgil, Jeremy Morgan and Joseph Morgan; her former life partner Richard E. Virgil; her pet Finn; her cousin Carol Morse; her great grandchild Aiden; and also Ella. She was also cherished by numerous great grandchildren, cousins, nieces, nephews.
