With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Helen E. McCarty of Johnsburg, New York, who passed away on January 7, 2021 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Orin R. Morehouse and Cora Almira Morehouse (Monroe) of Brant Lake; and her sister Wanda Scanlon. She is survived by : her siblings, Mary Cavanaugh, Jean Ward, Edward Morehouse, Ricky Morehouse, Patricia Fish, Nancy Hayes, Ronald Morehouse and Gerald "Jake" Morehouse; her children, Tammy Weatherwax and Thomas Weatherwax (Pam Wrenn); her husband James Jerome McCarty; her stepdaughter Theresa Brehany; and her children, Lisa Bateman (David) of Johnsburg, George Weatherwax (Marcia) of Roanoke Rapids, NC and Karyn Spring (Dustin) of Lake Luzerne. She is also survived by her many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
