He is survived by : his wife Karen; his daughter Corin; his mother Sally Schauwecker (Harry); his sister Melinda Womick (William); his niece Jacklyn; his nephew Reece; his siblings-in-law, Thomas Pomierski, David Pomierski (Tabitha) and Lynn Sacramento (Tony); his stepmother LouAnn Cameron (George); and his stepsisters, Steve Schauwecker (Jan), Michael Schauwecker (Shelley), Timothy Schauwecker (Erin), Julie Spyres and Amy Williams (David).

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to a charity of choice in Bruce's name.
