He was predeceased by: his wife Katherine. He is survived by: his children, Winifred Rogers, Katherine Rumpelt of Syosset, NY, Michael Esposito of Syosset, NY, Caroline Fanelli of Katonah, NY, Charles Rumpelt Jr. and Andrew Rumpelt of Albany, NY; and also Army Cadet Nurse. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren & three great grandchildren.
