She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard G. Toop and Edna Henry Toop; her husbands, William D. Young Sr. and David Mosconi; and her sisters-in-law, Kathy Cramer and Judy Cerillo.
She is survived by: her son William D. Young, Jr. (Connie Smith-Young) of Livingston Manor, NY; her sister Margaret McLeod (Marcus) of England; her stepgranddaughter Leanne Stuhlmiller; her siblings-in-law, Margaret Young, Dan Young and Tim Young (Frannie); and her close friend Maureen Young. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Harris Funeral Home - Liberty (115 West St, Liberty, NY 12754). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions in Pamela's name may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
