She was predeceased by: her father Joseph Paszek; and her husband Michael Jackowski. She is survived by: her mother Natalie L. Biernacik Paszek of Jeffersonville, NY; her daughters, Annette Rasmussen (Kris) of Youngsville, NY, Michelle Davis (Mike) of Taylorsville, NC and Yvonne Semenetz (Gregg) of Summerville, SC; her siblings, Ewa Morawska of Poland and Stefan Swendrak (Diane) of New Jersey; her grandchildren, Kristopher, Danielle, Michael, Maverick, Ella and Lucy; her close friend Carolann Cook; and her grandchild Babci. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
