It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anna A. Mathern of Jeffersonville, New York, born in Corning, New York, who passed away on August 24, 2024, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Zieres and Eleanor Hess Zieres; her former husband Harry [Bud]; her sister-in-law Virginia Puerschner Frank; and her nephew Robert Glassel.
She is survived by: her husband Bud; her son Gary Mathern (Myra) of Jeffersonville, NY; her granddaughter Lisa Mathern of Jeffersonville, NY; her great grandchild Olivia Mathern; and her sister Eleanor Glassel. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
