Sprague (Jefferson, New York), born in Watertown, New York, who passed away on September 5, 2019, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Jr. Sprague and Lucy E. Waters Sprague; and her brothers, John and George Sprague. She is survived by: her children, Michael D. Duell, Jr. (Stephanie), David W. Duell (Jennifer), Beaver Falls, Katie D. Bickford (David) and Laura M. Duell; her siblings, James F. Sprague III (Chrissy), Lucyann Ormiston (John), Martha Grant (Glen) and Joseph W. Sprague (Denise); and her sisters-in-law, Patricia Sprague of Allen, TX and Christine Sprague of Fairport. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
