He was predeceased by: his parents, Wheeler Hosmer and Minnie Hosmer; his siblings, Bruce Hosmer and Nancy Hosmer; and his daughter Joanne Hosmer.
He is survived by: his wife Debra; his children, Todd Hosmer of Carthage, Bobbie Jo Hosmer of Carthage, Rebecca Handle of Carthage, Robert Hosmer of Virginia and Jerry Hosmer of Watertown; and his siblings, Lloyd Hosmer, Terry Hosmer, Marshall Hosmer, Allen Hosmer, Leo Hosmer, Keith Hosmer, Jerry Hosmer, Carolyn Johnson, Susan VanArnam, Tina Hosmer, Patricia Peets, Clara Hosmer and Peggy Hosmer. He is also survived by several grandchildren, one of which lives with them, Bridgette Handle; as well as several nieces and nephews.
