He is survived by: his significant other Beck; his daughters, Kaitlin, Bailey (Bail), Alexis and Bail; his nephew Matt Terk; and his siblings, Vicki Terk, Lisa Ploutz-Key, Nelta Bauries, Diane Reed and Steve Ploutz.
