He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Wehmeyer and Margaret Wehmeyer (Alber); and his son James H. Wehmeyer II. He is survived by: his wife Rosemarie Wehmeyer of Jefferson; his son Joseph Wehmeyer of Jefferson; his grandchildren, Kyra McKissick (Matthew) of Jefferson and Adam Wehmeyer (Casey) of New Jersey; his great grandchildren, David James Mckissick and Nora James Wehmeyer; and his brother John Wehmeyer of New Jersey. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
