It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Howard F. Schrumpf of Jefferson, New York, born in Pennsauken, New Jersey, who passed away on June 12, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Foster Schrumpf and Myrtle Schrumpf (Walker); his grandmother Matilda; and his children, George Schrumpf (Julie) of Rochester, MN, Susan J. Palmer (Richard) of Norwich, Daniel and Colleen. He was also cherished by 12 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
