He is survived by: his wife Dona Louise Ballar (Wallace); his children, Mary Williams of Cobleskill, Frank Ballar, Jr. of Queens, NYC, Angela Cruz of Florida, Dona Ballar of Oneonta and Rose Aldrich of Stamford; his grandchildren, Nicole, Vinny, Angela, Ashley, Nickkayla, Skylar, Nicholas and Carlito; his great grandchildren, Brooke, Landan, Sophia, Alex, Caiden and McKenzie; and his siblings, Eddie and Flor Dawson. He is also survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
