She is survived by: her husband Richard Cook; her daughters, Sherri Beasley (Jim) and Rebecca "Becky" Empie (late Jeff); her sister Wilma Hendrikson; her grandchildren, Etta Soule, Christopher Soule, Sr., Tyler Gano, Bailey Ploutz (Patrick), Kaitlyn Michaels (Justin) and Alexis Ploutz; and her great grandchildren, Christopher Soule, Jr. and Cedar Farnan. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
