He was predeceased by: his parents, Kermit Kellogg and Adeline Kellogg (Barnes); and his wife Anne Miller. He is survived by: his children, Dr. Collins F. Kellogg Jr. (Monica M.) of Black River, NY and Anne C. (Margo) of Sylmar, CA; his grandchildren, Connor Kellogg, Christopher Kellogg (Olivia) and Katey Kellogg; his great grandchildren, Layla and Adeline Kellogg; his brother John Kellogg (Cindy) of North Chile, NY; his nephews, Jason Kellogg and Mike Kellogg; his stepchildren, Christopher Miller of Canton, NY, Lucinda Miller (David), Elizabeth Perry (Ron) of Syracuse, NY and Meg Tiernan (Tom) of Clay, NY; his stepgrandchildren, Amy Tiernan Harley, Travis Tiernan, Chorben, Lydia Miller and Mathew Perry; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Kayden Miller, Logan Harley, Liv and Emmy Tiernan.
