He is survived by: his father Butch Collins of Stamford; his sister Karlie Collins; his niece Macy Gregg; his brother Ace Collins of Elk City; his grandparents, Anna Collins, Dena Garner and Richard Garner; and his aunts, Diane Collins and Sonja Stephens (Mike). He is also survived by cousins and close friends.
