He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Washburn and Eva Washburn (Sovie); his siblings, George L. Washburn, Raymond D. Washburn, Carmella Washburn, Robert Washburn, Clifton Washburn and Jane Washburn; and his wife Eleanor M. Erwin.
He is survived by: his son Wayne Washburn; and his sisters, Olive, Anna Robinson and Ogdensburg. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A funeral service was held on Monday, October 28th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Frary Funeral Home (515 Caroline St, Ogdensburg, NY 13669). A graveside service was held on Monday, October 28th 2024 from 10:45 AM to 11:15 AM at the Notre Dame Cemetery (6088 County Rte 6, Ogdensburg, NY 13669).
