Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Beatrice Hampton (Jefferson, New York), born in South Bombay, New York, who passed away at the age of 79, on June 24, 2019. She was predeceased by: her parents, James H. LaMay and Esther LaMay (Snyder); her son Robert C. Douglas; and her grandsons, Ronald J. Douglas, Jr. and Matthew Besio.

She is survived by: her husband Gerald Hampton; her children, Cathy (Sid Burnham), Terry (Wayne Hanson), Tammy (Randy Besio), Becky Clark of Brasher and Ronald J. Douglas of Tennessee; and her brother Herbert "James" LaMay of Florida. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, and 5 great-great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made in her memory to the American Alzheimer's Association.
