He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Hazel Zukoski and Frank Zukoski of Monsey, NY.; his daughters, Tracey Kawakami and Kiona Leah; his cousin Gregg Quackenbush; his niece Cheryl Storey; his nephews, Chris and Brad Storey; and his sisters, Jocelyn Zukoski and Constance Neis. He was also cherished by her 3 children.
