Barbara Benway Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Benway of Jay, New York, born in Lake Placid, New York, who passed away on August 22, 2021 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Ted Cave and Caroline Cave (Strock); her husband Paul; her children, Christopher, Christina Oshier (Timothy), Christal Yando (Don), Carol LaPorte, Paul (Carol) and Timothy (Cathy); her children-in-law, Kimberley Benway and Richard LaPorte; and her great grandchild Noah Boettcher. She was also cherished by 14 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
