He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl R. Hayes and Iona Lamson Hayes; and his sister Ellen Hayes Robbins. He is survived by: his son Jason (Kristine Hayes); his wife Janice Hayes; his children, Amy (Jason Landman), Laura (Mark Eckler), Stacey (Tim Ribble) and Mark Robbins; his grandchildren, Taryn, Allyson, Cooper (Jackson Hayes), Isabel (Zachary Landman) and Michael (Rachel Eckler); his great-nephews, Adam Douglas and Ryan Douglas; and his sisters-in-law, Sharon Brewer, Sheila Leach and Charlotte Mihalakis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
