He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Lewis and Ellen Lewis (Potter); his brothers, James Lewis and Keith Lewis; and his brother-in-law Phil Murray.
He is survived by: his children, Doris (Tom Rude), Duane Lewis (Connie) of Jasper and Terry Dieter of Cameron; his grandchildren, Kousha Rude (Levi Carling), Kasandra Oles, Alicia Bynum (Cody), Amber Oles (Christopher Whitenour), Rebecca Rude (John Decker) and Trisha Rude (Matthew Cook); his great grandchildren, Kaeleb, Alex, Aubrieanna, Camilla, Arianna, Eliza, Graysen and Jayce; his siblings, Kenneth Lewis (Sally) of Troupsburg, Carolyn Amidon (Raymond) of Hornell and Kay Murray of Alpine; and his sister-in-law Cheryl Lewis.
