He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Miner and Theresa Miner; and his siblings, Roy, Bill Miner and Pat Sawyer.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kelly Miner and Theresa Miner of Fulton; the mother of his children June Rafuse; his brothers, Donald Miner (Sandra) and Bernard Miner, Jr.; and his grandchildren, Nicole, Tayler and Michael. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
