She was predeceased by: her husband James E. Bird, III. She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Bird of Bath, ME, Barbara Scheibel (Michael) of Fabius, NY and Jeffrey Bird (Kaarin Patterson) of Queens, NY. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and one great grandson.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Joyce's memory to the Alzheimer's Association, Central New York Chapter.
