He is survived by: his wife Sandra Warner-Howard; his mother Delores Mareta Howard; his son Hunter John Howard; his adoptive children, Liliana Martinez, Juliana Martinez and Eliseo Martinez; his brother Garfield Howard, Jr.; his sister-in-law Regina Howard; and his nieces and nephews, Carol Mullin, Melanie Gollihugh, Chris Howard and Garfield Howard, III.
