He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Sr. and Martha; and his brothers, Ralph Jr. and Martin. He is survived by: his wife Lucy (Jones); his sons, Hugh Jr. (Nicole) of Boston, MA and Matthew (Kellie) of Dallas, NC; and his brother John. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
