He was predeceased by: his parents, Domenico Massa and Assunta Massa (Lampazzi); his wife Olive Massa (Simmons); his siblings, Louis Massa and Vincenza Terrinoni (Massa); and his grandson Phillip Thomas Corcoran.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Massa (Joanne) and Theresa Corcoran (Massa); his grandchildren, Nicholas Massa, Daniel, Christopher, Justin, Erin and Thomas Corcoran; and his great grandchild Addilyn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
