He is survived by: his parent Nina Brown Tracy; his children, Debbie Burt, William Tracy, Diana Breed (Leon), Laurie Gaines (Richard), Rhonda Lynn Minkiewicz (Daniel), Daphne Jones and Shelby Ratliff (James); and his sister Kathleen Thompson. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and a great-great-granddaughter.
