He was predeceased by: his parents, James Moser and Sandra Russell Moser; and his brother Patrick Moser. He is survived by: his children, Jackie Wolff of Jamestown, Edward Moser of Jamestown, Sarah Aldrich of Jamestown and Alexandria Moser of Jamestown; his siblings, Michelle Anderson of Ashville, Patricia Coates of Dewey, AZ and Richard Moser of Harford, PA; and his close friend Dorothy Carter. He is also survived by four grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
