Thomas F. Schutte Obituary
We bid farewell to Thomas F. Schutte (Jamestown, New York), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on March 26, 2025 at the age of 89. Thomas touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lindsley R. Schutte and Marion Healy Schutte of Rochester. He is survived by: his wife Tess Lansing Schutte; his sons, Douglas L. Schutte and David L. Schutte; his grandchildren, Matthew Schutte, Trevor Schutte, Ryan Schutte, Kara Schutte Weinstein and Ethan Levy; his great grandchildren, Griffin Schutte and Ellie Schutte; and his sister Caroline Schutte Chandler. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other family members.
A funeral service was held on Sunday, March 30th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the First Presbyterian Church (509 Prendergast Ave, Jamestown, NY 14701).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to a charity of choice or to the Thomas F. and Tess L.
