It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Russell W. Sardi of Jamestown, New York, who passed away on May 10, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Sardi and Emmaline Morgan Sardi; and his siblings, Carl Sardi and Rosalie Tane. He is survived by: his wife Ann Paterniti Sardi; his children, Sam Sardi (Elaine) of Jamestown, Shelly Leathers (Dave) of Jamestown and Stephanie Sardi (Polly Lindberg) of Jamestown; his grandchildren, Eric Leathers (Alexa Vazquez) of Pittsburgh, PA, Alyssa Chapman (Michael) of Marysville, OH, Steven of Jamestown and Jesse Sardi of Jamestown; and his great grandchild Lucy Marie Chapman.
The family suggests memorials be made to Chautauqua Hospice & Palliative Care, 20 W. Fairmount Ave., Lakewood, NY 14750.
