He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerhard Schultz and Sophia Millville Schultz; his sisters, Miriam Schultz and Linda Ruk; and his sister-in-law Grace Schultz.

He is survived by: his wife Judith Wilson; his sons, Carl Schultz (Ann) and John Schultz (Jackie); his grandchildren, Mark Schultz (Dawn), Andy Schultz, Bradley Schultz, Charles Schultz, Melissa Schultz, Amanda Zeiders and Tyrel Zeiders; his brothers, David Schultz of Huntsville, AL, Peter Schultz (Joanne) of Rochester, NY and Lee Ruk of North Tonawanda, NY; and his friend Norman Carlson. He is also survived by six great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren.
