He was predeceased by: his parents, Edison Bailey and Clara Cole Bailey; his daughter Carol VanStee; and his brother Gary Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Himes Bailey; his children, Gale Button (Rod) of York, SC, Joseph Kobalka (Paula) of Columbus, OH, Connie Kobalka King of Ashville, Timothy Bailey (Rose) of Jamestown and Renee Shulze (Warren) of Olean; and his sisters, Shirley Kelly of Zephyr Hills, Carol Christenson of Russell, PA and Marilyn Bailey of Warren, PA.. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren.
Due to the pandemic no funeral service or visitation will be held at this time.
