He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Richard Blackburn and Metta Bratt Blackburn; his wife Barbara Jones Blackburn; his children, Deane (Casey), Heida (Colten) and Swan (Greyson) of Busti, NY; and his sister Mary Lynn Turney (James) of Bemus Point.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 6th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lind Funeral Home (805 W 3rd St, Jamestown, NY 14701). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 7th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, September 7th 2024 at the Bemus Point Cemetery N.
