He was predeceased by: his mother Grace Lyon; and his former wife Debra Shaffer. He is survived by: his father Richard A. Shaver, Sr.; his children, Richard Shaver (Heather) of Falconer, Angel Davis of Frewsburg, Nicole Shaver of Jamestown and Jennie Waite of Jamestown; and his sisters, Ann Kennedy of Jamestown and Cherrie Clark of Bemus Point. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
