We are sad to announce that on July 10, 2023, at the age of 94, Phyllis Ramsey in Jamestown, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Ethel Olson Weller; her former husband Elliott Anderson; her husband Vernon Ramsey; and her siblings, Lois Weller, Burdette Weller and JoAnne Thompson.
She is survived by: her children, Suzanne Blanchard (Ronald) of Leesburg, FL, Dianne Cornell (Don) of Sinclairville and Gordon Anderson (Susan) of Mars Hill, Maine; her brother Dwight Weller Jr. (Judy) of Wisconsin; her niece Tammy Bates (Thom) of Shelby, NC; and her stepchildren, Jeffrey Ramsey (Marian) of Frewsburg, Brendon Beers of Cape Coral, FL and Michelle Slade (Tim) of Randolph. She is also survived by several step grandchildren and step great grandchildren.
