We are sad to announce that on June 18, 2023, at the age of 68, Phyllis Ann Howell in Jamestown, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Chapin Keyes and Pauline Phyllis Keyes (Sparling); and her brother-in-law Kevin Brinkman. She is survived by: her husband James Howell; her children, Jesse Howell, Genevieve Howell of Grand Rapids, Austin Howell of Seattle, WA, Christina Howell of Asheville, NC and Barak Howell of Dexter, MI.; her siblings, Cheryl Brinkman, Clifford "Kip" Keyes and Greg Keyes; her uncle Wayne Sparling; and her grandchildren, Benjamin and Victoria Howell. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
