It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Rugg (Jamestown, New York), who passed away on June 26, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Virginia; her sister Joan Nelson (Lauritz); and her niece Kelly Seymour. She is survived by: her nieces, Karie Carlson (John) of Jamestown and Kathy Crawford (Richard) of Cooperstown, PA; her nephew Tim Seymour of Port St; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Rhonda Prusak, Kendra Carlson, Olivia Grekalski, Kelsey Newton, Tim Lee, Nathaniel Lee and Heidi Trochez.
