She was predeceased by : her father Francis Kramer (Evie) of Smethport, PA.. She is survived by : her mother Linda Kramer of Jamestown; her children, Crystal Atter of Washington, Vincent Atter of Washington, Steven Atter (Amy) of Virginia, Otis Hulbert, Jr. of Washington and Billy Wheeler of Nevada; her siblings, Laurie Gullett of Falconer and Chris Kramer (Erin) of Frewsburg; and her half-brother Frankie Kramer of Smethport. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren, several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
