She was predeceased by: her parents, Trinidad Perez Santiago and Jose Ramon Albizu; her husband Nicholas Rodriguez, Sr.; her stepmother Victoria Albizu; and also, Trinidad and Jose Ramon Albizu.

She is survived by: her children, Nicholas Rodriguez, Jr. (Julie) of Jamestown, Evelyn Lyons, Jr. (Myles) of Jamestown, Arlene Kennedy (Albert) of Jamestown, Edwin Rodriguez, Sr. (Carolina Delahoy) of Jamestown and Doris Pappalardo (Ronald) of Jamestown; her grandchildren, Nichole Scott (Jason), Dominick Rodriguez (Sarah), Diane Hedstrom (Robert) of Sweden, Nicholas, Myles Lyons, III, Jennifer Clark, Sr. (Quinton), Lisa Kennedy, Edwin Rodriguez, Jr., Joshua Schauman (Gretchen) and John Schauman (Sarah); and her half-sister Evelyn Ojeda of New York City. She is also survived by 16 Great-Grandchildren and three Great-Great-Grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Chautauqua County Humane Society, the Ronald McDonald House connected to Oishei Children's Hospital in Buffalo, Saint Jude Hospital, or St. John's Saint Vincent DePaul Society.
