She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Neely and Dorothy Sutula Neely; and her son Gerald W. Rivera Jr.. She is survived by: her sisters, Patricia Malone (David) of Warren, PA., Frances Means (Kenneth) of San Angelo, TX and Nancy Tweel of Bethel Park; and her grandson Carmelo Rivera of Jamestown, NY.. She is also survived by several nephews and nieces.

Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Lind Funeral Home (805 W 3rd St, Jamestown, NY 14701).
