She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd L. Lyon and Arlene Gerow Lyon; and her sister MaryEllen Haslett. She is survived by: her children, David Lyon (Holly Swanson) of Pittsfield, PA, Kellie Berry of Jamestown, N. Y., Lorena Berry (Gerald Slaughter) of Jamestown, N. Y and Donovan R. Berry II (Mindy) of Warren, PA; her siblings, Gary Lyon (Kay) of Spring Creek, PA, Debbie Woodin (late John) of Warren, PA, Les Lyon of Sugar Grove, PA, Jeanne Lyon-Potter (Sherwood) of Ashville, N. Y. and Rhonda Urbanik (John) of Pittsfield, PA; and her grandchildren, Katherine Lyon, Malechi Miller, Jekel Miller, William Berry, Nikolai Smith, Kiara, Zakya, Malaka, Gia, Telana Slaughter and Gianna Berry. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
