She was predeceased by: her parents, Emilio Panebianco and Mary Sullivan Panebianco; her husband Samuel Nicosia; and her siblings, Joan Cardinale, Josephine "Jay" and Dr. Joseph Panebianco.
She is survived by: her daughters, Ann Burk (James) of Henderson, NV, Cynthia Johnson (Rick) of Encinitas, CA and Mary Ellen Carlo (Gerald) of Williamsville, NY; and her grandchildren, Ryan Burk (Eva Deitch) of Beacon, NY, Megan Carvolth (Trent) of Carlsbad, CA, Andrew Johnson (Faviola) of San Marcos, CA, Loren Johnson of Asheville, NC, Dr. Andrew Carlo (Amanda) of Evanston, IL and Jennifer Bieber (Jeffrey) of Brooklyn, NY. She is also survived by six great grandchildren, as well as many dear nieces and nephews.
