Laughlin (Jamestown, New York), born in Sparta, Georgia, who passed away on October 4, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Oceola Laughlin and Mamie "Elias" Laughlin; his wife Minerva Foster Laughlin; and his siblings, Julian Laughlin, Elias Laughlin, Lewis E. Laughlin and Osie Mae Armstead.
He is survived by: his son Anthony Laughlin of Palm Harbor, FL; his niece Sue Laughlin of Jamestown, N. Y.; his great-nephew Lewis; his caregivers, John Capizzi, Tracy McChesney, Heather Harper and Sue Laughlin; and also Lola of Jamestown, N. Y..
